The project’s vision is to make a positive community impact by creating a campus incorporating partnering ventures and other commercial tenants leasing from VelocityTX to build a hub of biotechnology, bio sciences and emerging technologies.
The redevelopment will feature a multi-building innovation center, an event center, office and lab space, an outdoor plaza and greenspace.
Phase I is now occupied by the BioBridge Global GenCure Biomanufacturing Center.
